The Only Way ‘White Glove Delivery’

Deliveries are normally scheduled Tuesday – Saturday  during normal business hours.

Please describe any unusual delivery circumstances (low branches, tight turns, no turn around,  when working with your Salesperson).

‘White Glove’ service is the only way American Furniture’s delivers and is available on all orders. Our trained technicians will thoroughly examine every piece of your furniture to make sure it meets our stringent standards. Then a home delivery specialist will contact you to schedule a time and date for delivery of your merchandise. Upon its arrival to your home our professional two-man team will carefully unload your furniture and carefully place it in your home.

Defective Furniture

The furniture sold is warranted not only by us but as well with each manufacturer.  All merchandise we sell is from reputable companies with excellent quality control, but small defective items do occasionally slip buy. In most cases, defects are of minor nature and can be cleared up in the home by a professional furniture technician. In the event you receive an item you feel is defective, please call our store and we will make arrangements with you to take care of it.   While none of our manufacturers offer refunds for defective furniture, the manufacturer will be willing to repair or replace the item if the situation warrants. AMERICAN FURNITURE, WORKING WITH THE MANUFACTURER, WILL DETERMINE IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. Natural flaws and imperfections in wood and leathers add to a piece’s beauty and charm and should not be viewed as damages or defects. Natural stone varies in color and veining, and there is no control over veining or color.


We do not service or warranty this class of funiture. Inspect it in the store because all sales become final.
